🚀 Getting Started
How do I log in?
- Click the user icon in the top-right corner
- Select "Login" from the dropdown menu
- Enter your username and password, or use Google/Facebook login
- Click "Sign In"
What do I see on the Dashboard?
The Dashboard shows all your campaigns as cards in a grid. Each card displays:
- Campaign name and status badge (Synced, Modified, Gamified, Not Loaded)
- Number of emails in the sequence
- ESP account name (ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign)
- Last sync timestamp
- Quick actions: Pull/Push sync and Remove (×) buttons
How do I navigate the interface?
Use the 5 main tabs at the top: Dashboard (campaign overview), ESP Accounts (manage connections), Campaigns (detailed campaign view), Help (this guide), and Admin (system overview).

How do I add a new ESP account?
- Go to the ESP Accounts tab
- Click the "+ Add Account" button
- Step 1: Enter an account name and select ConvertKit or ActiveCampaign
- Step 2: Enter your API key and optional account number
- Step 3: Click "Test Connection" and wait for success
- Click "Complete Setup" to save
How do I edit an existing ESP account?
Click the gray "Edit" button on any account card. The wizard opens with your existing details pre-filled. Make changes and test the connection before saving.
How do I find campaigns from a specific ESP account?
On the ESP Accounts tab, click the "🔍 Discover Campaigns" button on the account card. This shows only campaigns from that specific account (e.g., TechStartup Main shows 2 campaigns, SaaS Growth CK shows 3).
📥 Import Campaigns
How do I discover and import campaigns from my ESP?
- Go to the Campaigns tab
- Click "🔍 Discover Campaigns" (shows all campaigns from all accounts)
- Or go to ESP Accounts tab and click "🔍 Discover Campaigns" on a specific account card
- Use the search bar to find specific campaigns by name
- Apply filters (Type/Status) to narrow results
- Check the boxes next to campaigns you want to import
- Click "View →" to preview a campaign's details
- Click "Import Selected (N)" to start importing
- Watch the progress modal as campaigns are imported
What's the difference between discovering from Campaigns tab vs ESP Accounts tab?
- Campaigns tab "Discover": Shows all campaigns from all connected ESP accounts (all 7 campaigns)
- ESP Accounts tab "Discover" buttons: Shows only campaigns from that specific account

How do I view my campaigns?
- Dashboard: Card grid view showing all campaigns at a glance
- Campaigns tab: Split-view with campaign list (left) and details panel (right)
How do I search and filter campaigns?
On the Campaigns tab:
- Use the search bar to filter by campaign name
- Click status filter buttons: All, Synced, Modified, Gamified, Not Loaded
- Filters apply to both Dashboard and Campaigns tab simultaneously
How do I open a campaign's details?
- From Dashboard: Click on any campaign card
- From Campaigns tab: Click on a campaign in the left list
- Details panel shows campaign name, description, email sequence, and settings
How do I sync campaigns with my ESP?
- Pull (green button): Download latest version from ESP → Shows progress dialog → Button becomes Push
- Push (orange button): Upload your changes to ESP → Shows progress dialog → Button becomes Pull
How do I remove a campaign?
Click the × button on any campaign card. If the campaign is Modified or Gamified, you'll see a confirmation dialog. Synced or Not Loaded campaigns are removed immediately.
✉️ Work with Email Content
How do I view a campaign's email sequence?
- Open a campaign in the Campaigns tab (click from list or Dashboard card)
- Scroll down to see the email sequence
- First 3 emails are visible by default
- Click "View All" to expand and see all emails
- Click "Show Less" to collapse back to 3 emails
How do I edit an email?
- In the email sequence, find the email you want to edit
- Click the gray "Edit" button next to the email
- The Email Designer modal opens, showing:
- Email name in the header (e.g., "Day 1: Course Foundation")
- Full subject line
- Complete email body with gamification elements
- Make your changes
- Click "Save Changes" or "Close"
- Press Escape key to close the modal quickly
What are gamification elements?
Gamification elements include progress bars, achievement badges, visual highlights, and completion indicators that make emails more engaging for subscribers.
🎮 Configure Gamification
How do I view a campaign's gamification score?
Open a campaign in the Campaigns tab. Scroll to the Settings section to see the gamification score (e.g., 92/100) and which features are enabled.
What gamification features can I enable?
- Progress Tracking: Show completion percentages
- Achievement Badges: Award badges for milestones
- Visual Highlights: Emphasize key content with styling
How do I change gamification settings?
Gamification configuration UI is currently a placeholder. In the full application, you'll be able to toggle features, configure badges, and customize challenges from the campaign details panel.
⚙️ Get Help & Manage Settings
How do I use the AI Assistant?
- Click the blue "AI Assistant" button on the right edge of the screen
- The assistant panel slides out from the right (400px wide)
- Type your question or request in the text area
- Press Enter or click "Send"
- The AI responds with guidance, suggestions, or generated content
- Click × or the toggle button to close
How do I access application settings?
Click the ⚙️ settings icon in the top-right corner to open Application Settings. Configure:
- Email preferences and notifications
- Language and timezone
- Auto-save settings
- API access tokens
How do I manage my profile and account?
Click the user icon in the top-right corner and select:
- Profile: Update personal info, company, preferences
- Account: Manage billing, subscription, API keys
- Choose Your Plan: View pricing (Free/Pro/Enterprise)
- Logout: Sign out of the application

You're reading it! This Help tab (where you are now) contains all the guidance you need. Use the AI Assistant for specific questions or troubleshooting.
💡 Quick Tips
- Hover over status badges to see tooltips explaining what each status means
- Press Escape to close any open modal or panel
- Click outside modals to close them quickly (except progress dialogs)
- Dashboard cards are clickable - navigate directly to campaign details
- Search and filters work together - combine them to find exactly what you need
- ESP connection is tested before saving - ensures your credentials work
- Push/Pull buttons change state after sync completes
- Remove confirmations prevent accidents - Modified/Gamified campaigns require confirmation
- Each ESP account shows its own campaigns when you click its Discover button
